Very disappointing. Ordered items to be delivered at the trade desk for the next day. Yes it could be done. Between 1-5pm. I rang at 4.45pm. To find delivery not coming. No courtesy call. Rescheduled for the next morning. Rang back 20mins later, to say it would be afternoon. Between 12-3pm. 3pm I rang, apparently it was on the way. 3.50pm it arrived. Contractor, had to wait for them to make the order up. Order should of been ready from day before. Again no courtesy call. I had a trade waiting onsite to start job. Which I am out of pocket for. Bunnings you really do need to take more care of your customers. Or at least teach your employees a bit of common courtesy. Looks like Mitre 10 will be my new Hardware store...

Fantastic to find them here in Esperance, was after some travelling spares, and needed no excuse really to drop in and shop my way to happiness. Gotta love Bunnings.

Bought this Opened box Pulled out frame It was broken!! No receipt given at checkout Unable to return for refund with no receipt The box had damage and was just taped back together Another Bunnings fail

Great to have a big Bunnings in such a beautiful town. While travelling around Western Australia we had to find a place to get some gear for our trip. This Bunnings was fully stocked and had everything we needed to keep going happy to have something like this on a tourist hotspot not sure where the next closest one would be so if you need something I suggest checking out Bunnings Esperance.
